Students can apply for the KHES Scholarship only when they are eligible for the Kerala Scholarship. Kerala State Higher Education Council set eligibility criteria for KSHEC Scholarship 2024. The KHES Scholarship Eligibility Criteria is as follows.

The applicant must be an Indian Citizen.
UG First-Year Students from Science, Humanities, Social Science, Business Studies are only eligible for KSHEC Scholarship.
Professional Courses Enrolled students are not eligible for scholarships.
