NSP 2024-25 Fresh & Renewal Online Registration Form – www.nsp.gov.in
The NSP is created under National e-Governance Plan (NeGP). The Portal covers all types of scholarships for students studying in class 1 to PhD level. All eligible students can apply online for free through National Scholarship Portal. The portal offers both Fresh & Renewal Registration. Students who are applying for the first time have to do New Registration. And candidates who already applied last year for scholarship have to submit Renewal Application Form to get benefits of the scholarship this year.

Important Instructions For How To Apply At National Scholarship Portal
Students applying for scholarship for the first time (Fresh Students) need to “Register” on the portal as fresh applicant by providing accurate and authenticated information as printed on their documents in the “Student Registration Form”.
The registration form is required to be filled by parents / guardian of students who are below the age of 18 years on the date of registration.
Before initiating registration process, students / Parents / guardian are advised to keep the following documents handy:
- Educational documents of student.
- Student’s Bank account number and IFSC code of the bank branch.
Note: For pre matric scholarship scheme, where students do not have their own bank account, parents can provide their own account details. However, parents account number can only be used against scholarship applications for maximum two children. - Aadhaar number of the Student.
- If Aadhaar is not available, then Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School and Aadhaar Enrolment ID or Scanned copy of Bank passbook.
- If Institute/School is different from domicile state of the applicant, then Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School.
How To Do Online Registration On National Scholarship Portal (NSP)?
- First of all you need to open official NSP Portal i.e www.scholarships.gov.in.
- Now, firstly you have to click on “New Register” link available on NSP home page.
- A instructions page will open, read all the instructions and click on “Continue” button.
- Fill up the registration form with all the basic details such as.
- Scholarship Category
- Name of Student
- Scheme Type
- Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
- Gender
- Mobile Number
- Email Id
- Bank IFSC Code
- Bank A/C Number
- Identification Detail
- Captcha Code
- And click on “Register” button.
- Keep your all the required with you and fill all the details from documents.
- For the “Application id ” , provide the domicile state of which you have certificate because the application id cannot be changed in any condition.
- The application id can also used as “Login id”.
